You Can’t Do It All!

When you start a new business, you wear so many hats. You are responsible for all aspects of your business. You are in charge of inventory, marketing, production accounting and everything else.
If you are not active in your business, then your business will not grow. Wearing all of the hats can leave you frustrated and exhausted. Welcome to the world of Entrepreneurship.
To take some of the pressure off you and relieve you of some of your duties, you can hire help. Ok I know many of you are saying, I can’t afford to hire someone. My suggestion to you is to contact universities and see if you can get a student to help out with some aspect of your business. A lot of times students are looking to do things that will award them credit for the work that they did which can be applied towards their degree. You can offer them some pay, but let them know that it want be much.
By hiring a student to help you, you are accomplishing two things. You are getting some relief and giving up a couple of hats and the other thing you are accomplishing is that your are providing work experience that a student can use on a resume’.
So when things get a little hectic hire yourself a student.
